Passenger calculation: Infants and children are also included in the number of passengers, please confirm in advance. Child seats are not provided for this activity, please be aware. 📌 Itinerary Arrangement and Changes The itinerary time will be adjusted according to the actual situation on the day. In case of traffic jams, bad weather, etc., the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions or reduce part of the itinerary, please understand. For group tours, it is not allowed to leave the group or leave early. If you leave the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given, and you will be responsible for any accidents that occur in the subsequent itinerary. Seasonal limited activities (cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, fireworks, light-up events, etc.) are greatly affected by the weather, and the best viewing period cannot be guaranteed. If no official cancellation notice is received, the original plan will be followed, and no refunds will be given if the flowering period is not as expected. If you bring luggage temporarily and cause the vehicle to be crowded, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. 📌 Service and Communication The driver’s information and boarding location will be notified via WeChat / WhatsApp / Line / Email from 18:00-21:00 the day before departure. This tour is a group tour, and you may be in the same vehicle with passengers who speak different languages, please understand. 📌 Fees and Additional Charges Lunch is not included in the itinerary. The driver can provide meal suggestions, and passengers can arrange their own meals within the specified time. If you need to charter a private tour, please contact us in advance and we will try our best to arrange it. The total duration of the itinerary shall not exceed 10 hours.
