the experience was really good, the tubing, the cave and the time duration as well. the only concern I had was the quality of the change room and washrooms they had. it would have been much more better. also the location is bit tricky to find,no proper flex or board on the road.
It was so much fun! Buying the tour through Klook was very affordable. It's suitable for a 4-year-old, and my child had a blast. There were people helping us along the way, even catching bugs for us, which made us feel very safe.
The valley water is knee-high, so it's not dangerous, but it's clearly not clean. Photography was not allowed, so I asked them to take pictures for me. They picked flowers for me and diligently took photos while lying down. However, unlike typical guides, the photos were not taken with an Instagram aesthetic, and I don't know what kind of phone they used, but it was covered with an old plastic case, resulting in very low image quality. The additional 200K felt expensive, so I recommend not adding the photos.
The activity was thrilling and safe. You will get wet, so it's recommended to bring a change of clothes and a waterproof bag. The price here on Klook is much cheaper than buying it in various places in Bali, a great value! Highly recommended.
