We were happy with river cruise hence 3 star but extremely unhappy with bus on all routes as there were no air conditioning in the Lower deck for people like me who chose not to sit under the full sun for 1.5 hr on upper deck. Inside bus temperature reached 41C degrees around 3pm. Was a torturous ride for the entire time. would only recommend boat ride!
