With kids and grandparents, this is the best choice and we can enjoy the view of Mount Fuji at Fujikawaguchiko and all the interest spot at Hakone! very professional and safe! Thank you Kklook and driver 旭姐! From itinerary planning to route arrangement, the customer service staff and driver are very professional and helpful, easy to communicate and meet our needs! The driver, Sister Xu, is very nice, patient, and drives professionally and safely! We can easily go to Kawaguchiko to enjoy Mount Fuji in one day, and then go to Hakone to see Owakudani, Hakone Shrine and other attractions. It was a very satisfying journey! Thanks to kklook and the driver, I strongly recommend it to families with children or the elderly, it is definitely worth it!!

private tour of mt fuji via private vehicle is very convenient especially if you have elderly and child. you can spend time on your preferred itinerary of choice. the driver cannot understand english well but he has translator thru his smart phone. you need to be back at hotel by 6 or 7 pm to avoid surcharge. worth it even if its quite expensive.

saved us a lot of hassle finding transport. well recommended to use the service especially for bigger group of 9 like us. the company setup the wechat few days before our trip and driver also contacted us the day before. we enjoyed the trip alot.

This was well worth it. Our driver picked us up from out hotel. We had to change our time to depart at 0800 vs 0900 due to his recommendation of traffic (he was correct). We still hit traffic but it would have been more. We wanted to go to station 5 but it wasn’t open to tourists because hiking season 🤷‍♂️. Our driver made an awesome alternative itinerary with amazing views of Mt Fuji. And the best part was his van. It was a luxury Toyota that had reclining chairs with foot rests. Super fancy.

We particularly recommend the Museum of Oshino Hakkai and the observation deck on the second floor of Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park. The lady who took us in the chartered car was very friendly and said to us, "I take this trip with my own children." The driver of the chartered car was professional and friendly. The attitude is good. I will still choose this plan for my next trip. It is very flexible and allows us to move more flexibly. However, the eldest sister said honestly that seeing Mount Fuji depends on the weather. It is okay to see Mount Fuji on a sunny day, but if it snows or is cloudy, you can only see the foot of the mountain, and the entire mountain cannot be seen.

I traveled with my husband, and we were very happy to charter a 10 hours trip to Mount Fuji and its surroundings. The car was comfortable, and our driver, Mr. Takahashi (Kana), was polite and friendly. Although there was a language barrier, he was able to use a translation system. Our driver also recommended many beautiful locations to visit for photos, and we got many great pictures that are not often visited by other tourists 👍👍. During the departure, there was traffic on the highway and an issue with the highway toll gate system, but we were still able to follow our itinerary. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service from Klook 👏👏👏

When you go to tourist sites, you only see Toyota Alphard. That means the ride is comfortable, safe, and convenient. A family of three took a 10-hour tour, and the driver planned the course well and guided us kindly. When we got off and walked, he protected us from the crowded cars and people like a bodyguard. The highlight of the Tokyo trip is the Mt. Fuji tour. Not only is the magnificent and fantastic mountain view amazing, but you can also appreciate Japanese culture and traditions wherever you go. I highly recommend it!!

Definitely a must for a family travel. we got good photos. Li was great on assisting us and very cobvenient going around avoiding bus crowds
