This tour was good and organised. The tour was conducted in Chinese and the guide explained very well. She was helpful and knowledgeable. the guide will contact you in advance to advice you where to meet. as we want to have a glimpse of Hangzhou, we join this tour as half day trip as we travelled from Shanghai to Hangzhou. Timing is doable.
Initially thought there was pick-up arranged from hotel to the meeting place. However on the night before the tour, the tour guide then called to inform that we need to go to the meet-up place by ourself, as that time we went was China public holiday, which we were unaware beforehand from the tour we booked. Nonetheless during tour, the guide is good to illustrate and share the historical story of 白蛇传奇 at Leifeng Pagoda. The boat cruise at Su Causeway was nice as well. West Lake is a famous scenic spot to go when you are in Hangzhou.
Value for money and one of the convenient ways to explore the West Lake with hotel pickup in the morning. Tour was timed well and guide was very engaging and communicated clearly. We enjoyed ourselves with the pagoda, lake, garden and boat ride. Advice is to ensure you are contacted by the tour agency via WeChat in case they may miss out.
group size: not too big, manageable size. Chinese speaking guide, knowledgeable & helpful. Had a good view of the west lake, understand the details of the pagoda & all the surroundings.
morning pick up was punctual for the visit to leifeng pagoda . then it was a short walk to the boat cruise area . many snack shops around but there was no stop to purchase the morning breakfast. the guide told us that we can leave at 1030 am if we didn’t want to walk around the gardens .
a great way to see West lake, leifeng pagoda in half a day.. west lake was indeed pretty n the view from lleifeng pagoda was secenic but too bad it was hazy when we were there. would be good if there is a fully day tour to other surrounding places too.
Attractions good for half day tour. Pace ok but we got separated from the guide at the cruise as its is a local holiday season. Even better if its not a weekend or holiday season.
Good tour guide, give clear explanation and informative description from point to point. Itinerary can visit one or two more places as the time is short, 2.5h already finish whole tour. If can add on 1 more local food inside the package will be more attractive. Overall is good and expected.

The guide was nice and kind. She explained well but spoke a bit fast for me. The itinerary was very a touch and go kind given the nature of the tour. Quite a bit of time spent waiting for the boat to start etc. This tour is overall an intro to the places. Would be good to explore the area on your own after
