- There are many monkeys in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please do not approach them closely, and do not touch any wild animals on the mountain to avoid injury.
- Please do not climb arbitrarily in the scenic area. After entering the scenic area, the free environmental protection buses in the scenic area provide service between attractions. It is not a dedicated car for each group. There are many tourists in the scenic area. Please be sure to meet at the location designated by the tour guide. Do not get lost, and do not lose your belongings on the environmental protection bus. There are many tourists in the peak season, and queuing is common. Please understand.
- During peak season, there are many people on Tianmen Mountain, and there may be queues when checking tickets and transferring. Please be patient. The tour guide will arrange for entry as soon as possible.
- As Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area strictly implements real-name ticket purchases, tourists must bring their original ID card. Students over 18 years old must bring their student ID card. If you cannot pick up tickets and enter the park due to incomplete documents, you will need to repurchase them at the listed price.
