The consultant and translator were not only knowledgeable but also super friendly and humourous I learned so much about colour matching, hair, face, body analysis, and makeup techniques that I’m already planning to revamp my wardrobe, hairstyle and makeup routine. The after-service was commendable as well - the consultant sent me many helpful photo references for hairstyles, makeup looks, and even a step-by-step guide for applying makeup. Great experience with the Korean profession n the lovely Chinese translator :D They explain everything patiently and even write me down notes for each step of make up once they have known i have zero experience in make up. The colour analysis, body n hair analysis and recommendation are useful to me. and they do provide after sales support and I can just posted them inquiry and they are responding real quick :D

The professional color analyzer ( Ha-eum? if I'm not mistaken please correct me if i'm wrong) and the interpreter (Gina) are very nice and accommodating to all the questions I have. You should be aware that the whole thing takes place with an interpreter, but that shouldn't be a deterrent, because they also bring a lot of humor to the table, which made the whole thing even funnier.
