What to expect

Join a shared culinary experience where you'll master two authentic Italian pasta recipes and a delicious tiramisu. Begin with a family fruit aperitif and local appetizers, including artisanal breads, cheeses, and cured meats. Discover the art of fresh pasta using a variety of flours, including spelt, a Tuscan favorite known for its rich flavor and quick cooking. Prepare handmade pasta with a seasonal sauce, followed by gnudi—light ricotta and spinach dumplings in a classic butter and sage sauce. End on a sweet note with tiramisu or a traditional local dessert. Enjoy your creations with a glass of premium prosecco from a local producer, making this a truly immersive Italian experience
