- Participants can book up to 24 people, but the maximum group per boat is 12 people. If you book more than 12 places, the group will be split into 2 boats
- High-heeled shoes are not allowed

- Minors aged under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Sunset tour: From 3 April to 13 October 2026: No minimum number of participants is required

- Morning or afternoon tour: Each time slot requires a minimum of 4 participants to open the tour. If the minimum is not met, customers can request a refund
