Fatehpur Sikri and Stepwell Tour from Agra to Jaipur

I was worried about not receiving any pickup confirmation until I contacted them. This might be because I canceled once due to a last-minute pickup time change. There was also no bottled water provided. Unannounced stops for refueling and at souvenir shops/restaurants are acceptable. What's unacceptable is the souvenir shop/restaurant trying to rip me off by adding a service charge on top of the menu price, amounting to 700 rupees. While I should have researched more, I also didn't appreciate the atmosphere at Fatehpur Sikri where I felt somewhat obligated to hire a guide, even though explanations were provided. I'm grateful that they drove such a long distance, and overall I'm satisfied, but as is typical with car charters, it's a tour where you need to be prepared for rebates to local guides and souvenir shops to some extent. Still, considering the poor transportation between Agra and Jaipur, it might be acceptable. Being able to monopolize an almost empty Fatehpur Sikri at 6:00 AM pickup was a great reward.

Vishal, the driver, was enthusiastic and kind. The tour guide (I forgot the name) was enthusiastic and fun. However, when buying things at the local stores that the tour guide led us to, the sellers quoted prices that were too expensive. I felt unhappy after buying because I felt ripped off.

The driver and car stayed the same throughout the trip, but there was no guide inside the car. We got off at Fatehpur Sikri, where a local guide named Soyeb, despite his cheerful nature, used a translator to explain things to me (as my English is not good) and took pictures for me. I went back to the car, said goodbye to Soyeb, and we resumed driving. For some reason, we stopped at Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary along the way, and I was asked if I wanted to visit, but I didn't really understand and was afraid of extra charges, so we went to Chand Baori Stepwell instead. There was no guide at Chand Baori, so I explored on my own. Finally, I arrived safely at my hotel in Jaipur. I was worried about extra charges, but unlike the previous Agra tour, I wasn't told that the tip was too small.

Soyeb is an amazing guide! He’s incredibly attentive—whenever I couldn’t understand something, he patiently explained it again or used a translator app to make sure I got it. That really touched me. He’s also a fantastic photographer! He always offered to take pictures for me, knew the best angles, and captured beautiful shots effortlessly. If you’re looking for a guide who’s knowledgeable, caring, and takes great photos, Soyeb is the one. Thank you, Soyeb, for making my trip so warm and memorable!

Mosim handled the Fatehpur Sikri leg of this tour. He explained the history of the Fatehpur Sikri very well in English. He also took good photos. Would highly recommend this transfer to Agra with tour of Fahtepur Sikri and Stepwell (with Rohit).

Fantastic experience with our guide Muslim who was very enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge about Fatehpur Sikri. Dude is serious about this job and I definitely have no problems recommending him to anyone who wants an educational visit to Fatehpur Sikri.

Soyeb is a great guide, he shared lots of good information about the place and took really greay photos. I would recommend getting him as your guide. Karan was really nice and took me from Agra to Jaipur, stopping at the 2 locations very efficiently.
