I had a great experience booking through Smiler – reliable, and their customer service is excellent. My photoshoot at Tower Bridge with Srujan was also amazing. He was friendly, attentive and captured beautiful moments effortlessly. The photos were delivered on time and in great quality. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend it.

Overall, the biggest hurdle for this product was the communication between the tourist and the photographer. My photographer contacted me the day before via the website's message box, asking me to download WhatsApp. However, since I have a mainland Chinese phone, I couldn't download it. I then suggested he download WeChat, but he didn't know how to accept my friend request. In short, we could only communicate through the website's message box. So, when my family and I arrived at the agreed-upon photo location promptly at 8:00 AM the next day, the photographer wasn't there. He had sent a message at some point, suggesting we shoot at 12:00 PM due to the weather, but I hadn't seen it in advance, and he simply didn't show up! I urgently tried to contact the photographer, but he didn't answer his phone. In the end, he didn't appear until the scheduled end time of the shoot! At 8:42 AM, as my family and I were preparing to leave because we had a 10:00 AM appointment at the British Museum, the photographer finally showed up. Objectively speaking, the subsequent photo session went smoothly, and the photos did not disappoint. However, there wasn't much reason to choose more than the agreed-upon 25 photos in the package, so I didn't spend any extra money! Overall, this product is worth experiencing, especially for solo travelers who don't have anyone to take their pictures!

They advertised a 30-minute photoshoot, but it only lasted 10 minutes. They also limited the number of shots and refused to take more, and the final quality was terrible. Because the photographer took so few pictures, we were stuck with the bad ones. The backgrounds were so blurry that you couldn't even tell we were at Big Ben. The photographer didn't capture good expressions or poses either; it was very unprofessional. I could have taken better pictures myself! I paid over $3,000 for a professional photographer, and I suspect I was scammed. They said they'd provide 20-30 photos, but many were the same background and pose, just with different brightness or clarity. Is this some kind of joke?

The photographer was on time, very friendly and gave us many great photo spots so we had a lot of good pictures however our poses were the same and quite boring , it would be even better if the photographer able to direct us how to pose differently.
