- If the chosen time is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore, when booking, you are aware of this possible change and that is why we warn you not to have any complaints later, or requests for refunds. Example: If you choose the time of 10h00 am and the Park sale closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time, at 12h00 am, 13h00 pm or 17h30 pm.
- The tour is a shared tour, it is not a private tour.
- It is advisable not to book more than one tour, on the same day, with close times
- Please leave a Whatsapp number where you will be contacted by our support once you have booked the tour.
- Important notice for last minute bookings (on the same day or from one day to the next): in case of lack of places the customer will be placed on the day following the booked date.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
