【Luggage Guideline】
- Each bag must weigh 32kg (71lbs) or less
- Each bag’s total length + width must not exceed 180cm (32 inches max per side)
- We accept suitcases, cartons, backpacks, strollers, and briefcases
- Please ensure your booked luggage quantity matches your actual luggage. Extra luggage may be refused, and any loss will be the customer’s responsibility

- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs

I strongly advise everyone not to use this supplier to transport luggage. Please find another company. During the luggage transport process, they damaged my suitcase. I was rushing to board the plane and had already sent them an email with photos of the broken suitcase as evidence. However, after receiving the photos, they insisted that the airline damaged it. I told them that I sent the email before my plane landed. The supplier then changed their story and said it was just a scratch and not a broken suitcase. But the crack in the suitcase was so obvious, and they still tried to deny it, refusing to admit their mistake and provide compensation. The order clearly included luggage insurance, but the supplier refused to pay. Klook customer service conducted an initial mediation but still believed the supplier's response that I might have damaged the luggage myself after receiving it. This is a terrible experience. It was eye-opening from the first use. No wonder the reviews are so low.
This time I took a night flight back to Taiwan from Japan. I took my luggage to the counter before noon to check it in. But after putting my luggage away, I could go shopping without any worries. It was very convenient. I will choose the luggage agent next time!
