Pick up was punctual and journey was smooth. There were two stops where drivers were changed. After the Belfast stop on Queen Street, on the way to Belfast International Airport, the driver encountered a beeping siren in the bus. He took more than 45 min to resolve the problem. As a result, some passengers missed their flights and we were late for our appointment. Is there any compensation from the company or Klook?
