Seoul Suwon Hwaseong Fortress Day Tour with Stadium & Food

Jin was knowledgeable and flexible. It was a crazy hot day but he made sure to pace the day with lots of breaks. The archery stop was our 10 year old’s favorite activity of our entire time in Korea and each one of us learned a bunch about Korean history and also modern South Korean culture.

this tour is a must it's soo.much fun and totally worth the price. Jin is an amazing guide and really loves baseball so he really introduced the rules of baseball for non watchers

enjoying the food , the game, the crowd and of course Jin and the rest of the gang.. Jin manage to accommodate my earlier plan where I need to meet the gang at later and giving clear instruction and guide how to meet up. Definitely a repeat trip for another games and food!

SO FUN! Highly recommend. This tour was a nice way to get out of the main neighborhoods in Seoul and experience something a bit different. The baseball game and fan excitement was a sight to see - like nothing I’ve ever experienced before (and I’ve been to plenty of American baseball games)!! Our guide Alex was very knowledgeable about baseball, the fortress, and Korean culture; he was really nice and friendly. The tour also included fun side activities like Korean archery and even batting cages. I’ll be recommending this tour to friends!

I almost never leave negative reviews, and even when I encounter bad service, I usually choose to give the other party some understanding. But this time I was really disappointed and strongly suggest that you don't participate in this tour. I originally booked a simple Seoul baseball experience, but 30 minutes after booking, the operator sent an email saying it was canceled because there was no KBO game that day, and suggested I rebook for a more expensive Suwon tour (including an ancient city tour + KT Wiz game), which I agreed to. The day before the tour, I received a confirmation notice telling me to be at the meeting point at 2:00 PM. I arrived on time, but no one showed up after waiting for 40 minutes. I called and sent Instagram messages, but no one replied. I finally got in touch via WhatsApp. They admitted it was a mistake and asked me to join a cheaper tour at 4:30 PM that day, promising to refund the difference. Although I was unhappy, I still chose to accept it. However, the guide, Alex, coldly replied "It will be taken care of later" regarding the refund issue, without any apology. He impatiently ignored my questions and even disappeared after the third inning of the game. In the end, I couldn't take it anymore and simply left early. No refund, no service, no respect. Overall, the experience was extremely poor and I definitely don't recommend it.
