[Luggage Storage] Incheon Airport T1 Free Shuttle to Luggage Storage Service

Amazing service, even if I came a bit later then planned I could store my luggage myself with the good system in place. Coming back to take the luggage was easy and efficient! Thanks a lot :)

This is a great service! While I initially had some difficulty locating the booth due to the lack of signage, I am overall very satisfied with the service.

The information said Gate 13, but it's actually Gate 12. (Looking closely at the picture, it was indeed Gate 12). It's located on the first basement floor of the building, two stops away on the free airport shuttle. I was able to get there without getting lost, except for the bus stop location. The bus comes about every 5-10 minutes. However, it's not as convenient as checking luggage at the airport. It takes time to go back and forth to drop off the luggage, and it's difficult to move around with large luggage. Even so, the benefit of being open 24 hours was invaluable. Even though it's advertised as 24 hours, it's closed during the late-night hours, and you are expected to handle things yourself. It's best to choose based on price and time considerations. The staff was kind and helpful.

Good option as it is near the terminals but quite a struggle if you have large luggage. Would have preferred an option with the terminal. staff was great.

It's the second bus stop from Incheon Airport T1, so it's very close. It's easy to get back. The staff was very polite. I'd definitely use it again.

I used this service with a friend, and I'm writing this review (which contains the same details) because the service was poor. When we arrived at the shop in the morning, there were no staff members present, and we were made to wait for a while. Regarding the pickup, it was stated that it was "available 24 hours." So, I told them in advance that we would arrive around 11:00 PM. I was then told that "there will be no staff at that time, so we'll leave it outside." However, when we actually arrived at that time, the luggage wasn't outside, but inside the shop. I couldn't contact them, perhaps because it was a Japanese phone number. I was completely panicked, but luckily, someone from the shop next door helped us and we were finally able to receive the luggage through them. As a result, there was no direct apology, and I felt very anxious thinking that if there hadn't been anyone around, I wouldn't have been able to receive it. Because of this, we missed the last free shuttle bus that we had planned to take, and we were forced to take a taxi to the airport. As a service aimed at tourists, it was very disappointing, and I felt that I wanted a more sincere response. Frankly, it was such an ordeal that I would like a refund or compensation for the taxi fare. I hope that improvements are made so that other users don't experience the same kind of trouble in the future. Based on this experience, I can't recommend using this service at this time.

I was thinking of using this place for a late-night Peach flight departing from Haneda, but I decided against it. It's partly my fault for not reading the instructions carefully, but I felt uneasy about leaving my luggage unattended. The building was also scary in the early morning.

Very bad choice. I arrived at Incheon Airport and spent over an hour and a half trying to figure out how to get there (poor directions). In the end, it was so complicated to get there that I preferred to keep my luggage with me rather than risk not finding it. It's a real shame, a lot of time and money wasted, especially since I was only staying for the day.
