Busan Luggage Delivery Service: From/To Busan KTX Station, Gimhae Airport, Busan International Port and Hotels

This was a very exciting and event packed day tour. I learnt a lot about Korean history and culture from our tour guide. The only feedback is that we could have been given more time at the village. Overall very enjoyable and recommended

We also received email updates once our luggage was picked up and again when it was delivered to the airport, which gave us so much peace of mind. Super convenient, reliable, and worth it. Highly recommended!

I took a red-eye flight that day, arriving in Korea just after 6:00 AM. After picking up my luggage at 7:20 AM, I went straight to the third floor to drop it off, which was super convenient. Once my luggage was sent, I was free to relax. I leisurely went to the cafe across the street to eat and drink coffee.

It only took 1-2 minutes to leave my luggage. I was asked to write my phone number, so I just wrote it on the tag. I showed them the QR code, but they didn't scan it anywhere, just verbally confirmed my name and destination (hotel) and left my luggage there. When I checked into the hotel after 7pm, it was already ready to pick up. I had sent a DM to the hotel I was staying at to let them know that my luggage would be delivered before check-in, so the hotel was aware of this and it went smoothly. I was able to start sightseeing right away, which was very convenient! I'd like to use it again.

No need to drag your suitcase around or search for lockers along the way. You can even check into your guesthouse after dinner. The entire luggage delivery process and location can be tracked via a link, so you don't have to worry about losing it.

This is my third time using this service! I usually use it for hotel → airport trips, but this time I booked it for hotel → hotel. As a result, I was able to go from Nampo-dong to Haeundae, making stops along the way, without having to lug my carry-on! The communication is always thorough, and they provide photos of the pickup and delivery, so I feel secure.

The platform booked the luggage delivery service from the airport to the hotel. After leaving the country, take the escalator to the 3rd floor, walk to the left and then turn right. You will see the counter service staff. They are all very friendly. You can take a photo and upload it to the link he sent to use the service. But because the link he gave me could not upload the photo, I showed the photo to the counter directly. He said ok and we started to run the itinerary! ! ! Next time I will use this service again.
