- This tour requires a minimum of 8 participants to operate.
- The type of bus used will depend on the number of bookings for the day, and different sizes of buses will be arranged accordingly.
- For driver and guide services, a driver will also serve as the guide for minibuses (1-16 people). Larger buses (17-45 people) will have a separate tour guide. Your understanding is appreciated!
- To ensure the tour proceeds on schedule, please be on time for the departure. We will not provide further notification for late arrivals, and refunds or order changes will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
- According to Japanese regulations, vehicles may not be used for more than 10 hours per day. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the time spent at each attraction depending on the actual situation on the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Flower season limited tours are greatly affected by the weather, and we cannot guarantee the best viewing period. We are not responsible if the flowers are not in ideal condition. Thank you for your understanding.
- Passengers arriving or departing on the same day are unfortunately unable to participate in the tour. Thank you for your attention.
- Each adult can bring one child under 3 years old free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat (please note this when booking).
- To ensure a worry-free trip, it is recommended that travelers purchase overseas travel insurance.

- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or traffic conditions. We ask for your patience and cooperation with the tour guide's arrangements.
- Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. Please dispose of your own trash and keep the vehicle clean.

- This tour has open seating. Please choose your seat upon boarding and use it throughout the tour. If you require a front-row seat, please board early to make your selection.
- To maintain order and safety during the trip, we do not accept passengers leaving the tour midway. If passengers leave the tour on their own, it will be regarded as a forfeiture of the remaining itinerary, and no refunds will be given. Passengers will be responsible for their own arrangements and risks thereafter.
