from pre trip communication to drop off, everything went smoothly! they arrived on time and so friendly to talk to too! it’s difficult to get transport to Sarangkot in such early morning on indrive. this definitely helped to save a lot of time and hassle! seeing the sun rising up and the Himalayas turning from dark to golden at Sarangkot was so indeed one of the best moments in Pokhara

We had arranged for the driver to pick me up at the hotel at 4:30 the night before, and he was on time. However, it was raining for the sunrise tour. Shouldn't the organizer have proactively canceled it? When we arrived, the driver parked about a 10-minute walk from the destination, and then left me to walk alone in the dark, using my phone's flashlight. It was actually a bit scary because I was completely by myself! When I reached the destination, the rain got heavier, so I just waited past the sunrise time and then headed back. The whole trip, including pickup and drop-off, was about two hours. Since there was no sunrise to see, there was also no guided tour included in the itinerary!

The transportation was punctual and smooth.
The weather was clear early in the morning, and I was able to see the beautiful mountains. Since it was a private tour, I could relax and enjoy everything at our own pace.
Highly recommended tour!

due to bad weather, I didn’t join the trip. the supplier did offer different options although I could take any due to my own schedule.
