Reviews summaryOur guide Malina is amazing, managing perfectly with a large group of 75 ppl, very clear on whereto go when to meet up with detail history sharing about the locations. The weather was strange with sunny windy and rainy at the zame time, so it was cold, but it's still nice to ealk through the little town and have a meal there. It is worth to pay 10eur for guided tour in Harburg, it shows places which only group tour can see.
This tour is highly recommended! Rothenburg is such a dreamy and fairy tale-ish place. Harburg is interesting, as it was a real castle where actual people lived hundreds of years ago.
our driver was called something like Dragon and our touguide is a lady with beautiful blue eyes and grey hair and clear voice. I forgot her name unfortunately but she is so helpful and professional which makes the whole trip experience impeccable. I hope she can be my tour guide again! It is a worthy tour, I wish I had more time. If you love sightseeing and museums, you might want to skip lunch and tour around instead.
Klook Is excellent application and easy to use. very good service offered by it. Rothenburg was excellent. It was amazing and fabulous. It's not worth to take tickets and visit Harburg palace.
I originally planned to do a two-day self-guided tour, but after discovering this tour could cover everything in one day, I immediately signed up. We stayed in Heidelberg for about an hour and Rothenburg for about two hours. If possible, I'd like to visit Rothenburg again on my own next time; two hours really wasn't enough. The place is beautiful.
No issues with the tour bus and guide itself. appreciated that the guide enforced punctuality at the start of the trip. rothenburg was nice as there was a festival happening the same day with people dressed in olden day attire. but without this I'd say it's not really worth a 3 hour drive ( one way) unless you don't have other things to do
The tour leader was friendly! The tour bus was comfortable, and the timing of the whole trip was well managed! Rothenburg is a beautiful medieval town, with enough time to enjoy lunch and explore the town! It's a pity it was a bit cloudy and rainy that day.
Great tour by our tour guide Melanie, very detailed explanation to all places. Sandro our driver make sure all of us are taken care of in the bus ride. The view for the this town is so beautiful. I would say I don’t have enough time to explore the whole town. I had my meal in “coast collection” is so delicious.
the host Monika were great in explaining the history and tips for Munich for traveller. the journey to come back to Munich took 3hours which is quite torturing if you carsick easily. I would say there’s too many to see and shop in this beautiful town, 3hours including lunch I. the town is definitely not enough. Suggest stay for a night or two to fully enjoy the most beautiful town in Germany instead of day tour, too rush!
I was worried because I can't speak English very well, but the female guide was half-Japanese, so I felt reassured that Japanese was understood. Also, there was a restroom on the bus, so I could drink beer without worrying about needing the toilet! There was a house wine shop in Rothenburg, and their recommended white wine was the most delicious white wine I have ever had, so I bought it! I was very happy to participate in such a worthwhile tour.
