The Lord of the Rings - A Musical Tale at Sands Theatre

I was initially a bit skeptical about the show since the organizer offered many slashed prices beforehand. But after watching it, I can say it was truly worth the time. The artists showed incredible dedication—acting, dancing, and even playing instruments all at once. So talented!

I have watch the original show in London many years ago. This one is pretty different to the original but it was still as good and fun to watch. It was a three hour show. if you are a lord of the rings fan, it is a must to watch.

A brilliant performance with the most talented cast who played their own instruments! The live singing and music definitely added an extra touch of fantasy as well. A definite must-watch for any Lord of the Rings fan.

Great experience! It's a super condensed version for the LOTR trilogy in theatre form, with lots of songs and dances. Enter early for the pre-show, so you get a chance to interact with the Hobbits of The Shire and celebrate Bilbo's eleventy-first birthday.

Had a bit of issue with seat rearrangement but the staffs are super nice andnhelpful. I would recommend both the play and the theater.

A great musical with very talented actors who can act, sing, dance and play musical instruments. Very interactive where the whole theatre is their stage. A must watch show for LOTR fans.

an absolute deal from klook I got during Tolkien week. seats in B reserve centre at the back offered a great view. the musical was immersive, the staging was amazing and the acting was super! LOTR isn't a story that can be told in the short span of 3h though, which may be considered long by theatre standards. knowing the plot, it felt underdeveloped and sometimes rushed. at times, the singing felt like it sad there just for the sake of it. still, it's worth a watch for fans of lotr! revisiting the characters on stage was true fun!

great for LOTR fans! it’s a little corny / cheesy with some liberal book + character interpretations but overall a fun 3 hour musical. Booking via Klook was straight-forward and tickets confirmed within 3 days.

Lightings and Visual effects was amazing and well engineered, singing especial the 2 older ladies were strong and top class, acting and vigor of cast was engaging and kept audience intrigued and overall I enjoyed the show. Though I am not really familiar with the storyline but my kids said it followed quite close to the books. The songs are unfamiliar to me and not easy to sing along type unlike other more familiar musicals, but I loved the acting and enthusiasm shown as well as the visual and sound effects which was very well put up despite space Constraints on stage. Very proud of all members of cast for being so talented in singing acting as well as able to play many musical instruments. Only wish I could hear one song that I could remember to be able to sing along to remember the musical by.
