Eco-conscious Nusa Penida Sunrise/Sunset Tour from Nusa Penida

We set out early in the morning (4:30 a.m.) for the Thousand Islands and the tree house. We were able to take a few beautiful photos of the sunrise. There are some steep stairs to go down and then back up again 😂 After that, we took a short drive to the Diamond and Atuh Viewpoints. We didn’t go down to either of the two beaches. The path to Diamond Beach was very steep, and it wasn’t worth it to go to Atuh Beach because there wasn’t much water. Instead, we went to the Goa Giri Temple—which is located inside a cave. Arya, our driver and guide, did a great job. As a local, he knows the roads well and was very accommodating of our requests. We were back right on time at 10 a.m.

We had so much fun during our tour. Saprol, our driver and guide was very accommodating, supportive, and kind. He reminded us about the time without being rude or rushing us to the point of not enjoying the place anymore. Also, we really appreciated the flexibility in the itinerary. It truly felt like a customized private tour. The car was comfortable too despite the bumpy roads, and the AC was amazing considering how hot it was outside. Nusa Penida will always be a gem, and great tour guides like Saprol add to the experience. 100/10 would recommend this tour

After a tiring morning hike on the Sunrise Tour, the Sunset itinerary was perfect as these spots are more accessible. We were fortunate to have Pak Komang again as our supir. He was punctual, patient, and careful on the narrow winding roads (tip: bring seasick pills if you get car sick). At Angel’s Billabong, note it’s now closed for swimming due to freak waves, while Broken Beach next door offered scenic views. With my sore legs, Pak Komang kindly drove the car nearer to our pickup point. At Kelingking Beach, sunset was stunning though crowded, but beware of monkeys trying to grab items — Pak Komang even helped shoo them away! ✨ Word of advice: For a relaxing, worry-free vacation, always hire a local supir. Roads here are rough, drivers can be aggressive, and sharp turns are plenty. Plus, supporting kind locals like Pak Komang gives back to the community that relies on tourism. Highly recommended tour and supir!

I highly recommend this tour especially if you are a solo traveller and want to take photos of the best spots in West Penida. My tour guide Kadek Wijaya was punctual and was very helpful especially in taking photos. The spots are a bit far from each other and it is best to go around with a local tour guide. I highly recommend this tour.

We truly enjoyed the Sunrise Itinerary on this tour. Having both a driver and guide who is punctual, patient, and even helps capture photos and videos made the experience extra special. We are especially thankful for having Pak Komang as our supir. He arrived earlier than our appointment time, drove carefully on the narrow roads, and was very attentive to our needs. During the hike to the Thousand Island viewpoint, I was already tired, and when we wanted to continue down to Atuh Beach with wobbly legs, he kindly offered to carry my backpack, making the descent much easier. While we enjoyed the scenery at the beach, he was also trustworthy in looking after our belongings, which gave us peace of mind. we had the best guide, his name is Bieber Java. He is very professional, and understanding, he knows best location and how to skip the crowds (this is important, save you many hours of waiting line), and his driving skill is insane (island roads are tiny and big turns, so many bikes come out of nowhere). he does all the jobs: drive, tourguide, photographer. the best way is to book through Klook, all the orders will come to the agency, then you should request Bieber Java as your driver/tourguide/photographer.

We were very lucky to be assigned Komang as our driver as he was simply the best! This was our second trip with him. He was punctual for the 0430 hrs pickup, a very careful driver and he made us feel very safe. We were the first car to arrive at the Thousand Islands Viewpoint this morning and we had the whole place to ourselves at sunrise for a while. After that, Komang took us to Diamond Beach and Atuh Beach. The stunning views were well worth the early morning rise. Thank you for everything Komang and hope to see you again!

I travelled to nusa penida for a solo birthday trip and this sunrise tour is the perfect way to take pictures on East Penida during sunrise. I highly recommend it since it will help you take lots of pictures of the best views without waiting and to avoid the crowd. My tour guide Mr. Kadek Wijaya was very nice and helpful.

The views are just spectacular and stunning. Despite long travelling, it is worth visiting the special places. Our driver Adi is particularly nice and friendly. He came 20 mins earlier to wait for us in hotel lobby. His photography skills are amazing and had been so patient along with us waiting for sunset
