Sunday Folks in Holland Village

Celebrated my bf's birthday at Sunday Folks! It was his first dining experience here.. He isn't someone who appreciates earl grey but fell in love with the earl grey lavender soft-served! We're loving the dark chocolate one as well.. Definitely coming back to explore other flavors! Recommend making a booking beforehand to secure seats!

Took awhile during redemption as counter staff was a little confused. Waffles and soft serve were really good. Great ambience too. Would come back again.

Went on a rainy Sunday afternoon and the place was two-third filled. Reserved tags were placed on most of the empty indoor tables. Between sharing my table with my haversack, umbrella, and closely wedged between 2 tables, I opted for the outside seats - that doesn't need to be scrutinized by the waiter(ess); though it means slightly splattered by the rain. Ice-cream tastes great and there is a steady stream of customers.

Easy to redeem. Delicious waffle and ice cream. Worth getting the voucher. The only thing is you need to wait for a while for a seat

Tasty and refreshing. The toppings are very creative too. Went on anniversary and had a good time there.

Service was not so great as reservation was wrongly cancelled after staff gave another customer our table. Waffles and ice cream were up to standard

Voucher was easy to redeem. We went on a Sunday and got a table in less than 5 min. Cafe was crowded though. Soft serve melts really quickly even when we were seated indoors. Waffle was lukewarm.

Staff doesn't seem to know about Klook voucher. I've waited for a good 20 minutes waiting for 3 staff to finally being able to rectify the issues. Overall worth for money but staff can be trained better.

Value for money but unfortunately service not much to be desired. Firstly staff don't seem interested in answering what the voucher entitles us to & took a while after ordering to inform us that the ice-cream we wanted is not available.
