Joined this day tour on December 21, 2025. Due to a problem with my mobile data card, I couldn't access the Klook app immediately. The local tour guide was very helpful and immediately turned on a hotspot for us to search. Later, we found out that we were actually on the tour bus across the street 🤣. I am very grateful for his help 👍🏻. On the bus, we were led by a handsome tour guide named Sam, who is proficient in six languages 👍🏻. His English is very beautiful 👍🏻. Everywhere we went, he provided us with detailed introductions to the stories of the attractions and the local culture. Traveling with him is a pleasure 👍🏻 and he took great care of us 😍. I'm very happy that, in addition to seeing the attractions we wanted to visit, we also personally participated in the local Christmas parade. The atmosphere was very harmonious and joyful 🥳. It is very worth participating in 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.
The local tour guide Matteo was very knowledgeable about not just the Bruges and Ghent but also the country of Belgium. He was very engaging when we are on the road, sharing with us many interesting facts about the history and culture of Belgium. Matteo was speaking at a comfortable pace all the time, and made sure everybody in the group was taken care of. The itinerary did not feel rushed at all as we had time for self-guided exploration at both Bruges and Ghent.
David was good looking and adorable! I would have kissed him but no! hehe. there were long walks in Bruges and Ghent but it's worth it. My family and I enjoyed the trip!
It was our first time in Belgium and this tour did not fail. This is worth it. Matteo our tour guide is funny and very knowledgeable and can give you tips where to eat and where to buy souvenirs that are cheap. Renato our bus driver drives smooth. The tour at Brugge is fun and the chocolate making part is educational. Gent was not really fun for me but if you like city life with historical aspects, this is good. The cruise ride on the river was enjoyable also. May because the tour guide (Johann) was funny
The tour guide and driver were professional, friendly, and provided exceptional service. The breathtaking scenery made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for an immersive journey!
tour was a mix of english and spanish when i specifically chose english group
Although the order of our visits to Bruges and Ghent was reversed, both cities offered wonderful scenery that made them well worth visiting. In Ghent, we enjoyed a leisurely gondola ride. Bruges, being a UNESCO World Heritage site, was picturesque everywhere we looked. Our guide initially skipped one planned stop and dismissed us, but later guided us again. Since it would be difficult to visit these places independently, I highly recommend this tour.
The tour guide's explanation was excellent! If you come to Belgium, you should definitely visit these two places, but if you have enough time, I think it's better to arrange your own itinerary so you won't feel rushed.
VIP car service, convenient travel, beautiful location
The overall itinerary was good, and the Ghent boat tour guide provided helpful information. However, without prior notice, the tour mixed English-speaking tourists with those speaking other languages, which made the flow less smooth. Additionally, the guide's English was not clear, and there was a lack of sufficient explanation.
