We booked the tickets while queueing for the bus, the whole booking system was very fast and confirmation was almost immediate. We also saved some money as it was more expensive buying the tickets at the airport. Recommended.

I paid easily and got on board with the voucher QR code. It was good that I could pay with any card, and since it came right away with the QR code, I could scan it and get on the bus with almost no waiting. It took about an hour. I got off right next to the subway at the University of Saint-Denis and it was convenient to get into Paris city.
In order to save travel expenses, I booked a trip to an airport far away from Paris. Fortunately, with this Klook bus, we can get directly to the airport quickly without having to find the way by ourselves. nice

It sucks! When I ordered, I clearly said that I would choose Beauvais Airport as my departure point, but the order came out to depart from Paris. When I asked the customer service, they said that I could not cancel, refund, or modify the flight. Of course, I clearly understood that I could not get a refund, but I want to know why the system did not respond to my request. Is your choice different? The reply I got was that I had read it but didn’t reply. Please do not order from KOKO as the system is not only broken but also cannot help you process the order. Please think twice before buying.
