Mount Erciyes Skiing Day Experience in Cappadocia

The moment when they picked you up. during the activity and drop off was 10/10 . The staff was all nice, we had 2 ski instructors , i like them both. They were very good at their job . we got unlucky with the weather in the afternoon so they closed the cable cars and some part of the slopes where u can ski more higher. We definitely recommend this . I enjoyed it , it was amazing experience i recommend to get the all inclusive even tho its more expensive.

We booked the all-inclusive tour, which covered transfers, a one-hour ski lesson, full ski gear from head to toe (though we brought a neck warmer from Decathlon to use as a mask), a coffee break, and lunch/snacks. It was a hassle-free trip and a great way to experience snow quickly if you’re already in Cappadocia. I highly recommend this tour because it’s more affordable compared to skiing in Japan, and the lessons help beginners build confidence. There were three instructors, plus the driver also assisted. We only had access to the easy slope, but for those planning to stay longer, there are higher slopes and lifts available for advanced skiers. Although it was crowded when we went, it was still a great experience, especially since we took full advantage of the unlimited conveyor ski lift after our lunch break. You also have the option to go sledding at no extra charge if you prefer. Harun is our POC and can also take vids/pics from your phone. They are very nice and do not charge alot. 💯 recommended! Btw the ski outfits also smell good, no bad odor and very cutesie.

our tour guide was friendly and informative! the deluxe package ($168++) was good. tips: just wear the normal outfit as they provide the winter wear, gloves etc. for us we did not take the second half lessons and went to do our own stuffs. take the sled !! its very fun

100% recommended! The overall scale and ski slopes are smaller compared to some of the famous ski destinations in other countries, but it’s truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The staff at Skyway Travel were fantastic and very attentive, from our contact person to the driver and ski coaches. If you’re in Göreme, this is definitely something you should book and try.

It was an exhilirating experience.Good for those who love skiing.If not can just play with snow.Try not to go on weekends as the crowd can be huge.

The package includes transfer, lunch, ski pass & chairlift but because of the weather the chairlift was closed - wish we would hv been informed about this earlier as we could only ski up to 140m. The guide couldnt really speak English but he was helpful so there were many times where we were just waiting on what to do - time wasted on this when we could've had more time skiing (also wished they could've picked us up earlier - we were picked up at 10:30am so by the time we started it was almost after 1pm which leaves us only a couple of hours of skiing). Lunch served from the cafe was OK. It was a good experience overall and saves us the hassle of arranging our own transport to the ski center.

Honestly, me and my family really enjoy the view and the environment. Besides, Turkey food are good too, I literally so obsessed with the food for example the turkey sosage, it was very addictive, I really want to repeat again next time. Last but not least, the local people here so far are kind and sociable, that what we want as a traveller so that its easy for us to communicate with them in English. I think thats all from me and family, I will highly recommend Cappadocia to my friends and my relatives !!!
