The Concert of korean music prodigies

A very charming experience, that feels a little more like an inside look into Korean culture. Pros: 1) it’s in the traditional village, so you get to walk around before and after the concert and see the gorgeous walking museum park, 2) it’s so charming to see the kids’ families come out to support their performers, 3) there are narratives with English translations on the projector, 4) it’s not a common tourist activity, 5) the ticket redemption process was easy. Cons: 1) one act has a lot of Korean dialogue, so if that’s something you dislike, keep that in mind, 2) the music is probably excellent, but for me, it was quite unusual! But not necessarily in a bad way, it was just unexpected for someone like me whose completely ignorant to traditional music, 3) I can’t totally confirm this, but it make be one or two USD cheaper to buy the tickets in person. I found it a charming local, unique experience! I’m glad I did it, and I recommend it for first time visitors to Korea.

The performances of traditional performing arts by talented children are full of energy, and the cheers from the audience are also powerful. We were travelers who couldn't understand the words, but we were simply moved by the enthusiasm and passion of the children's daily efforts, which they showed in front of a large crowd. The admission fee is also reasonable. If you have time, I would definitely recommend seeing it. The area around the National Gugak Center is a square with a historical atmosphere where you can enjoy a short walk.

Great performances! Even the youngest performers were as good as the adults. Everything was very professional and educational. They even handed out welcome cookies at the exit. I had a great time, I didn't want to leave.

it was a good and fun - 1 hour session!!.. easy to redeem, I dont understand the languange but they will provide you with the guidance book and they also provide tele prompter on the stage, so you will not lost in translation.

Don't underestimate them just because they're children. Their performance was so impressive, it deserved heartfelt applause. Not just from me, but the thunderous applause from everyone around was truly moving. I hope to see those kids again when they're older.

Must see for those studying Korean🎵 I definitely recommend it regardless of the language. English subtitles. Cute and talented children show traditional performing arts that put adults to shame. One hour goes by in a flash. I wanted to see more. Ticket exchange = just show the reservation screen.

This is my second visit to this concert. And this time there was not a single minute of boredom. Despite the fact that there were child artists on stage, these are not the same performances of children's clubs at school! These are full-fledged professional artists with excellent command of instruments, body and voice.

Those children did a great performance. especially the last dance! very talented.

Very well presented and a talented team of youngsters which belies their age - really enjoyable

The performance was excellent, showed great potential, and is definitely worth watching.
