Dyker Heights Luxury Holiday Lights Tour in New York

Thank you very much! The sweet cookies and hot chocolate were so New York-like and delicious. The Christmas lights were amazing! Thank you for taking me to places I couldn't go to on my own. The guide was cheerful, humorous and kind. I'm glad I came all the way from Japan to participate.

I thought there was a complimentary hot chocco and cookies or brownies from brooklyn delicatessen. I was excited to have one. We're there at 2:30pm for a 4:30 join tour, we just ordered pizza and burger coz we wanna have that hot choco 🤐 so sad there wasnt. I asked the tour guide 'bout this coz still hoping but at the end of the tour really there was none.

We were 45min late leaving the starting point. The tour guide was not informative, he did not communicate very well and just continued to blame the size of the group for his lack of ability to conduct the tour. It was a 3 hour tours with no bathrooms and at the end we were 1 hour late returning. We did not enjoy and thought it was the worst tour we have had. We wish we didn't go and could get our money back.

Do NOT use this company. I was instructed to arrive at 4:10 PM (20 minutes early) and I was on-site at 3:50 PM. The bus never came. After waiting until 5 PM and calling, I was told the bus had already left. Since I was on time, I was told to email for a refund. After I emailed asking for a refund, they lied and said they waited for me until 4:45 PM, and then refused to give me a refund. Don't EVER book with them!!!!
