I made a reservation the day before the trip, but the weather was bad that day, so the trip was canceled at short notice. I don’t know why I didn’t receive the notification, either through the Klook system or email. I didn’t know about the cancellation until I walked to the venue that day. Fortunately, I live very close. I think it's a pity because Faro's ecology is rich and beautiful.
