Disappointing experience booking this Istanbul Bosphorus cruise through Klook. We went to the kiosk at Uskudar Port with the mobile voucher, but the staff could not recognize our booking and told us to go to the other side of the port. The check-in process was confusing and we had to ask several times before they finally let us board. The audio tour guide included in the Klook booking was also not provided. We were glad to still join the cruise, but overall the experience was inconvenient and did not match what was advertised.
