- Effective December 01, 2024 (departure date), the original meeting location at Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit will be changed to the BEAMS sign in front of the Shin-Marunouchi Building at JR Tokyo Station. Please be aware of this change.
- Please be aware that due to Japanese law, the vehicle's usage time cannot exceed 10 hours. The tour guide will reduce the itinerary according to the actual travel situation on the day.
- We will send an email to guests between 20:00-21:00 the day before departure to inform them of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it promptly. It may be in the junk mail folder! During peak season, the email delivery time may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding! If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest email. If you have WeChat, you can proactively add the tour guide's account based on the information in the email.
- Please understand that there may be traffic congestion due to the long driving distance. Our company is not responsible for any subsequent expenses due to delays caused by traffic congestion.
- During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the tour may be earlier or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the email notification the day before departure). Please be prepared in advance.
- As the day tour involves a shared vehicle, please do not be late for the meeting location or attractions. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, and any accidents that may occur after being late will be your own responsibility and expense.
