The tour guide was very knowledgeable about art history and was excellent at explaining the details of the most important art works at the Brera Art Gallery. It was a pity that none of the audio guides worked, but the tour leader handled the situation well and just got the group closer together and spoke louder. We did not have a walk in the Brera area as advertised in the itinerary.
the voucher was for 14:30. we were at the meeting place at 13:30. we never saw the guide, we sent photos and proof that we were at the meeting place only to find out that the tour actually started at 14:00. next getting a refund was pretty difficult. it's still under dispute
