Malaga Caminito del Rey Half-Day Guided Tour

Incredible place! The scenery is amazing from start to finish, and the whole walk is really well organized. It’s a must-do if you’re in the area. Big shoutout to Gabe too, such a cool guy, made everything even better! The last part of the trail is the most thrilling, an epic way to finish the adventure!

I think I’m the first one who booked this journey on Klook, so glad that I did it! The tour guide Álvaro is very kind and professional! Really took care of everyone in the group, told us a lot o stories of camitino de rey, Soooo lucky o meet him (also thanks to the best driver José!!) Well overall, I would say this was the best journey I’ve ever had in Spain. For those who still hesitate to participate, no more hesitate!!

convenient pick up location. better to contact operator (via WhatsApp) few days before departure date to confirm slot and pick up time. weather was cooling, at least 2 hours hike, do bring water and snacks because food stand available only at the end of hike down slope. toilet available at entrance and exit (down slope) of hike.

This is a must-visit attraction in Malaga, and we were so lucky to have perfect weather that wasn't too hot. Our guide, Miguel, was also very nice, and we even met some friendly British people to chat and take photos with! Highly recommend!

It was a fantastic trip – very well organised, safe, and truly worth recommending! At the meeting point in Malaga, a large group—about 50 people—gathered, but everything went very smoothly. After arriving at Caminito del Rey, we were divided into three smaller groups, each with its own local guide. We were given helmets, a safety briefing, and headsets to listen to our guide's fascinating stories throughout the walk. We learned not only about the history of Caminito del Rey and the dam's construction, but also heard many anecdotes, fun facts, and archival photos. The organisation was top-notch, and the walk along one of the world's most famous trails was an incredible experience! If you're heading to Malaga, this organised tour of Caminito del Rey is highly recommended!

It's a worthwhile trip. The tour guide explains it in detail and the scenery is breathtaking. The meeting point is right in front of the city hall. Don't forget to confirm the meeting time the day before departure.

The drive took nearly 2 and a half hours. The first stop at the White Mountain Villa had no highlights and the time was very short (about half an hour). The King's Road itself is quite spectacular, and the path has been repaired to make it very walkable.
