To get to Dubrovnik, you'll probably need to take a shuttle bus or a taxi. The outbound trip is very easy to understand because you arrive by plane and the bus is waiting right outside the exit. For the return trip, I took the bus from the bus stop at the cable car station, but it was a little confusing. There's a ticket office right in front of you, but there was no one there, and some people were wandering around in confusion. When the bus arrived, someone who was on the bus opened the ticket office and sold tickets. The number of buses on the return trip is limited, so it's best to check the official website.
The bus is quite comfortable and quite frequent. we waited around 15 min for our bus. and Dubrovnik is a charming city!
