- In consideration of guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if they have been pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip
- A valid photo ID is required to board the bus. You may bring a copy of the email confirmation with you to board the bus
- The maximum waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the tour guide
- If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
Booking changes policy
