I booked a round trip between HCMC and Can Tho. Overall experience 5 stars, esp communication and car quality. I was contacted shortly after booking on klook to recofirmation my itinerary. car details were provided night before (for my morning pick-up) or few hours prior to my PM pick-up. Car was fairly clean and new, so fairly comfortable for the entire 3 hour journey. Drivers know little English, but it’s totally fine with me.
Driver on time, car was in good condition, aircon worked well, other than no working seat belts in the back seat. Driver was typical Vietnamese driver, best to sit in back and not watch goings on.

The car is very good and high-end, giving off a VIP van vibe. It's much better than I expected. The driver arrived about half an hour early. If you want to use the restroom, you can ask him to stop along the way.
