The staff is courteous and friendly, and the rooms are clean and very spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer flawless full ocean and sunset views.

The hotel staff provided excellent service. Room B303 was very large with beautiful views. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and bedtime dessert soup were all delicious. Overall, a great experience!

Visited on Valentine's Day. The environment is very good, the young men are very handsome, the service is very good, the food is delicious, and the presentation is also very good. The sunset is also very good. There are deer and alpacas. Happy!

Overall, I was very disappointed with this trip. Regarding the room, we booked C301, which was advertised as having an outdoor hot tub. It turned out to refer to the public swimming pool, not a hot tub on the balcony. The room only had a shower facility that was less than 10 square meters. The description was very misleading; a swimming pool and a hot tub are clearly not the same thing. Secondly, for afternoon tea, two people staying only received one shared afternoon tea, which included three small cakes, one fruit platter, and two drinks. It was utterly disappointing. Thirdly, the overall facilities were very old and worn out; it was impossible to tell that it was a newly opened establishment. Fourthly, on the second day of our stay, a device in the room repeatedly made a loud, piercing noise. Although the staff handled it quickly, it significantly impacted our stay. The only thing worth praising was the view, which was truly beautiful.

This new hotel in Guanhu has a beautiful environment and a butler service. The sea view and blue sky are its biggest advantages, but you need a good day and sunshine to see such a beautiful view.
