2D1N Winter Fun: Ski & Sled Adventure at Vivaldi Ski Park

The room was upgraded to a suite, surprise! The ski resort is large and has many ski trails. The ski resort has shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, and food courts.

I was originally informed that there was no room, but in the end I was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, which was very large, clean and tidy. The ski resort uses artificial snow and the snow quality is hard.

It's a disaster with this agency!!! 1)send me the soft copy voucher only 1 Day before I going to the resort,it's way too late. 2)no tour agent on site 3)never indicate I have to print out the voucher, I only know this when I am trying to exchange my ticket on site . Where do I get printer in a ski resort??? I spent 2 hours on searching printer in whole ski resort! 4)after I print out the voucher, the ski counter ask me to pay money (I already make full payment through Klook). This is because the voucher sent out by the agent never indicate clearly! 5)i also indicate to get snowy land on next day, again the agent screwed up and I suffered again. Thank God there is a WonderTrips agent on site and help me to explain my situation to the person who sell ski ticket, although I only purchase transportation package with them. KLOOK please assess the tour agent before you approved them!
