Highly recommended for anyone who wants to pamper themselves. The entire experience was very pleasant and the communication in English is not a problem. After my session, my face felt rejuvenated and I was even given a gift pack of mask and serums to be used after my session. The location was not difficult to locate, the service staff converse well in English and I would recommend it.

The whole process is very relaxing, from the introduction at the entrance where you take off your shoes, change clothes, soak your feet, drink flower tea, to the facial treatment... The service staff and beauticians are very polite and gentle, and they will give a brief explanation during the process. After the treatment, they will give you mineral water, a moisturizing mask, and a beauty kit for your morning skincare routine the next day. Overall, it's very comfortable and they don't push any sales, which makes you want to visit again.
