The experience was very fun. Although I struggled to see the changes on my face, the color analysis was very fun. I assume I need to change my whole wardrobe 😭 As a person that does not wear make up, I really enjoyed that part. I felt amazing after. My ego skyrocketed. It would be super great to be able to use the same products and I mailed them for it. I was in a hurry after the make up, so I did not ask on the spot 🥹

I chose the personal color analysis + makeup service in Chinese, but it's possible that the staff who spoke Chinese were unavailable, so I ended up getting the service in English. If you definitely want it in Chinese, I recommend confirming with them via WhatsApp after booking on Klook. After the analysis, the analyst will recommend some lipsticks that suit your personal season, let you try them on your lips with disposable lip brushes, and then lead you to the makeup room downstairs to help translate your makeup requests. The makeup artist will do your makeup according to your requests and season, with a very gentle touch. If the assistant is available, they will help with your hair styling too.

The Korean teachers and translators are very professional and the explanations are very clear. If you encounter something you don't understand, you can ask questions immediately. The makeup and color identification are super good👍

We chose the color test and makeup package. The color test teacher was very good and explained everything very carefully. My friend and I both felt that the color test was worth it and it really helped us find what was right for us. However, the makeup part was not as good as we thought. First of all, we had scheduled the color test at 11 o'clock and then the makeup, but the people in the previous group were late, so the makeup started late (we confirmed with the color test teacher and the makeup teacher that the previous group was late), so the next group waited for an hour and couldn't start. After we told the teacher that we had another appointment, the teacher quickly finished the previous group's makeup and helped us. As a result, the makeup artist took 45 minutes to finish our makeup, and didn't even provide concealer, nor did he say to choose the right product based on our color test. It felt like the makeup artist was urged and then did our makeup casually. The color test part is worth doing, but the makeup part can be ignored.

The teachers and translators are also very friendly and provide useful information. In addition to recommending suitable cosmetics, they also recommend suitable colors/patterns for clothes.

The translation teacher was delayed in the previous segment, so I was a little late to my segment. The teacher who measured for me was very professional and happy to answer my different questions. If I have the opportunity, I would like to try the makeup service in the future!
