Terms and Conditions:

• Water park opening date: June 13, 2026, until further notice.
• Child admission fee is only applicable to children with a height of 90 - 139cm.
• Toddlers under 90cm in height can enjoy free admission.
• Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Light meal and dessert buffet is only available during designated periods.
• Light meal and dessert buffet is available until 17:00.
• All food is for dine-in only and cannot be taken away. Please do not waste food; an additional charge of $1 per gram may apply for leftover food.
• Menu items may change, and some food items are supplied in limited quantities. Actual availability and items are subject to the day's offerings.
• Terms and conditions of offers are subject to change without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, Tai Lam Barbecue TLCBBQ reserves the right of final decision.

Water Park Facilities Usage Guidelines:

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
• Observe the general rules of the venue and the regulations of each facility.
• Observe the height, weight, or other restrictions of each facility.
• Follow staff instructions; dangerous or inappropriate behavior is not allowed.
• The pools in the venue are not for swimming; swimming is strictly prohibited.
• For safety considerations, the venue reserves the right of final decision to refuse individuals from using facilities or to close facilities.
• For safety and facility load considerations, slides are only for children with a height of 90cm to 139cm. Adults and children who do not meet the height requirements are strictly prohibited from using the slides.
• Do not remove or maliciously damage any items within the facilities. Upon discovery, TLCBBQ reserves the right to claim compensation from guests based on the extent of the damage to the facilities.
• Do not play, push, or perform dangerous actions on the facilities.
• Do not eat or defecate within the facilities.
• When using inflatable facilities, appropriate swimwear must be worn. Swimwear with zippers, buckles, or sharp hard objects is not allowed in inflatable facilities.
• Pay attention to personal belongings and safety. Lockers are available on-site if needed.
• Keep the environment clean; do not litter.
• Respect other users; do not push or shove.
• Please assess your physical condition before entering the facilities.
• Individuals feeling unwell should not use the facilities.
• If you feel unwell during use, please leave the facility and rest in a well-ventilated area or seek assistance from staff.
• Pay close attention to weather changes. In case of thunderstorms, please quickly leave the water facilities.
• In case of adverse weather conditions, TLCBBQ reserves the right to close the facilities.
• After leaving the facilities, please dry your body and allow your body temperature to return to normal before entering indoor or air-conditioned areas.
• Note: For safety reasons, pregnant women, individuals with heart or back conditions, or individuals with conditions that may affect their own safety or the safety of others are not permitted to use this facility. Individuals with infectious diseases or skin conditions, acute hepatitis, trachoma, sexually transmitted diseases, conjunctivitis, intestinal infectious diseases, or individuals with heart conditions, and/or individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are not permitted to enter the facility area.

Change Policy:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel bookings. If this occurs, you may only choose to receive a refund; rescheduling is not permitted. Please note that refunds are only applicable to guests who have not yet entered the venue; no refunds will be issued once the guest has entered.
• Vouchers can be used at any time within their validity period; they are non-refundable after redemption.
• No refunds or modifications will be made in the following situations: participant is late or does not arrive.
• Please note that approval for rescheduling, changes, or refunds is subject to circumstances.

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Above:

In the event that a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the venue will be temporarily closed.

Guests who have not entered the venue may apply for a full refund; no rescheduling or extension will be permitted.

Guests who have already entered the venue will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling under any circumstances.

Thunderstorm Warning: When a Thunderstorm Warning is in force for the designated location, all inflatable facilities and the swimming pool will be suspended, and swimmers must leave the water immediately. Facilities will reopen depending on the actual weather conditions once the warning is cancelled. Catering and food services within the venue will remain normal. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in this situation.

Lightning Alert Signal: When a Lightning Alert Signal is in force for the designated location, all inflatable facilities will be closed immediately. Catering and food services within the venue will remain normal. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in this situation.
