Brand New and large place. Good place to chill while waiting for your flight

the space is medium..food is so so.. by right.. all okay la ^^
We are very exhausted to find the place.This is our first time to use a private lounge but we haven’t availed it. Our money and effort were wasted. The lady outside told us that we need to have our boarding pass first before we could enter. Our flight was in terminal 2 and our airline counter was not yet open.There’s only 2 hours left for the lounge to be closed. As we are very disappointed and very hungry, we decided to go back in terminal 2 and to look for food. Perhaps klook should put a disclaimer that the lounge is intended for terminal 3 passengers only.We’re very disappointed.
