What to expect

In 1976, David Bowie relocated to Berlin, a city he described as an isolated enclave gripped by Cold War tensions, devoid of vitality and cultural exchange, seemingly beyond redemption. This tour invites you to delve into the milieu that fueled Bowie's seminal Berlin trilogy albums: Low, Heroes, and Lodger. Commencing at Zoo Station in West Berlin, the heart of Cold War-era opulence, including his residence with Iggy Pop in Schöneberg—a haven for societal outsiders. Along the way, this tour visits the clubs where Bowie and Iggy immersed themselves, despite Bowie's quest for stability amid personal challenges and legal battles with his management
