Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

- Noted: Please show the E-Ticket instead of the Klook QR code when boarding the bus. The E-Ticket will send to your e-mail address after payment. Please also check the spam folder if you cannot find the E-Ticket. If you still haven't received your E-Ticket 2 hours before boarding, please contact customer service promptly to avoid affecting your itinerary. Thank you for your understanding.
