The guide Ayman is super super excellent. He is too sweet and is ready to give you that personal comfort which you need especially when one is travelling with family. However the transfer certainly needs improvement. For starters you may be charged extra after you provide your hotel details. In my case driver was late by 1 hour 15 mins in the morning due to which Memphis tour got missed as well. No refreshments… not even water bottle offered. and car allocated was a old Tucson which is not good enough for 5 people including driver and guide. So all in all 5/5 to Guide but 2/5 for transfer.
