this is a hotel to place luggage. good service. friendly staff. strongly recommended. hotel outside got a nice resto-bar and our luggage can put there for 24 hours!! distance to walk from gare DU Nord to this hotel not that far. easy to find.

The hotel will store your luggage for you. There was no sign for the luggage storage, so it was a little confusing. They don't give you a receipt, so you have to take a photo of your luggage yourself and show that photo when you return it.

I was lost after exiting the Gare du Nord, but I was able to find my way using a map after asking a station attendant. I was wondering if I was in the right place when a man, maybe a hotel employee?, told me to go left after entering! At the reception, I showed my QR code, and they took a photo of my luggage before taking it inside for storage. There was a lot of luggage, and since a hotel employee took it in, I guess it's unlikely anything would be stolen, but since they just leave it there, don't leave any valuables! When picking it up, you show the photo and retrieve it yourself. It's convenient and easy, but I'm not sure if it's 100% safe. Well, my luggage was safely returned to me! Maybe it's safer than I thought?
