📢 Pre-trip Notice
- Within 24 hours of placing your order, staff will send a confirmation message via Klook voucher to confirm your travel information. Please check it.
- Approximately 18:00 to 21:00 the day before departure, we will confirm the tour guide information with you. Please gather at the designated location and time.
🕗 Pick-up Time and Location
- Starting at 06:00, we will pick up guests one by one from hotels or guesthouses within Chengdu's Third Ring Road.

There are extra fees as stated, but there’s tix for a local performance that is optional but very much recommended cuz it’s quite culturally enlightening. the comfy bus was v smooth and our tour guide 张晶晶导游 was so lovely n friendly. she had a way with words, incorporating questions that others asked into her group speech so everyone knows the details. she also told us many little details ie when to suit up for the cold, medications to take, how to adjust for the higher altitudes etc, things that I didn’t find when I was researching; I’m so grateful I decided to take a tour😮💨 There’s absolutely no pressure to buy anything, in fact we bought lots of snacks to share with each other and especially our tour guide, cuz she’s awesome and a crazily skilled photographer🤩🤩 love that she doesn’t smoke as well tbh, extra win imo Going in Apr means everything wasn’t as colorful BUT a lot less crowded too hehe~ might go again in Nov for the colors
Jiuhaigou valley definitely a must visit place in lifetime ,..1 day not enough time to see the whole valley. First , the way up was long and tiring . We even get stuck in snow storms and traffic … but all efforts worth doing when you are there . Must bring enough warm clothes as snowing sometime even summer due to high altitude . We got 1 driver , 1 Tuor guide and his assistant . 3 of them took care of us a small group . They followed us to hike every single places to make sure everyone are safe and well . They trying their best to hope everyone enjoys the trip . Recommended.
entire journey was wonderful. Tour guide (品德) was very nice, responsible and very attentive. After the journey was ended, he made sure everyone got in the public transport safely. He also accompanied us in every scenic area. Make sure all of us enjoy all the scene. very informative and talkative too.
We had a wonderful 3 days 2 nights tour that was well-organized and enjoyable from start to finish. The itinerary was perfectly paced, allowing us to see the highlights without feeling rushed. The accommodations were comfortable, the food was good, we can feel the experience of dining in a Tibetan family and our guide miss Liu Pin was friendly and knowledgeable, handled the problem well, everything went smoothly. During the tour use Chinese and communication by Wechat. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for a short getaway. Highly recommended.
this is our best trip we’ve ever booked! our guide, 笑红尘 was very nice, helpful to us. We were very lucky because 12.31 Jiuzhaigou and 1.1 Huanglong was not very crowded, so we were enjoyed without too overcrowded (I heard that Jiuzhaigou was triple or quadruple crowded on 1/1,2😮💨). Also, we were very lucky to be able to witness snowing on 1.1 in Huanglong 🥹🫶🏻 Tips: our best spots in Jiuzhaigou, upper right side on maps -> stop at bamboo arrow lake(nice lake mountain view! but the lake colour is not as nice as FFL), panda lake(at that time, the lake was frozen so we got diff view❄️), five flower lake (this is the best one!! very huge place, you can get 4-5 different spot in just one place🫶🏻pic 1-4). on the upper left side is nice but quite small, just take few pics is enough, do not stop too long.
The experience was great starting with the amazing tour guide. She was very accommodating as we were not the most fluent in Chinese and she would explain and speak slower for us. The tour was amazingly planned out and the views were spectacular. Definitley a place everyone should go once in a lifetime. The tour has made the whole trip very memorable and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This side trip is definitely worth a visit when you are in Chengdu! The view of Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong is very amazing and is surprisingly accessible due to the infrastructure of the nature reserves. Our tour guide, 李导游, is very knowledgeable and clear in his explanation. he constantly keeps track of where everyone is in the tour group but still gives us sufficient time to explore the places. Two thumbs up!
The Best Trip so far from 3 China trips i’ve booked in klook. They’re so responsible in everything, from picked me up at the hotel, gave me breakfast since 1st day, the tour guide took care of me (as the only foreign tourist in that trip) and she was very patient. i highly recommend this trip.
our tour guide Zhiying and the driver wang shifu are a superb tour pair. tour guide zhiying is very knowledgeable and patience with the whole group. even when we spilt into a few smaller groups she ensures everyone is progress in the tour on time. very merticulous of her to arrange a seperate dish for those non beef eating members in the group. nice gestures to also buy some beef sauces for us to go with our dishes and have us taste some local juicy apples! lovely lady. our bus captain Wang shifu is a man of few words but very speedy and skillful in his driving. thank you for such a wonderful experience. would highly recommend this tour as it is very value for money too
Good to know
- Altitude sickness: Walk slowly at scenic spots and avoid strenuous exercise.
- Dress code: The temperature difference between day and night is large, so warm clothes are needed 🧥
- [About admission] All scenic spots require an ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit for admission. Please be sure to bring the document you filled in when placing the order. If you cannot enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for the additional costs incurred.
- [Special note - Huanglong] To ensure the safe operation of the ropeway, the Huanglong ropeway will be shut down from December 26 to 30, 2025, for maintenance work, which is expected to last 5 days. During this period, the ropeway and sightseeing bus will also stop operating, and the product does not include corresponding fees. Please understand that you need to walk the entire journey in the scenic area!
- [About ticket refunds] Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area: November 16 - March 30 of the following year (based on the time of entry into the scenic area), free tickets will be refunded 20 yuan/person, and discounted tickets will be refunded 10 yuan/person; April 1 - November 15 (based on the time of entry into the scenic area), free tickets will be refunded 50 yuan/person, and discounted tickets will be refunded 25 yuan/person;

- [About accommodation] Default arrangement is a hotel twin room, 2 adults per room. This itinerary cannot be shared. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room supplement": a single traveler will be arranged in a separate room; 3 adults traveling will require an additional "single room supplement" to arrange two rooms;
- [About luggage] This itinerary does not impose special restrictions on the number and size of luggage you carry. Because the destination has a high altitude and a large temperature difference, it is recommended to carry some clothes with you to prevent colds.
- If there are holidays or sudden traffic jams, the end time of the itinerary may be delayed. The itinerary ends late on the same day, so it is recommended that you do not choose to book trains or flights on the same day to avoid delaying your travel plans.
- Please note that travelers using China's 240-hour transit visa-free policy cannot enter the Jiuzhaigou area and cannot participate in this itinerary!
- The sightseeing time and collection/dismissal time in the itinerary are for reference only and may be adjusted according to the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notice. The agency has the right to adjust the order of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced; if the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in solving the problem, but will not bear the losses caused thereby. If additional costs are incurred, tourists will be responsible for them.
- The journey from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou is about 430 kilometers, and the drive takes about 8 hours, most of which are mountain roads. If you are prone to motion sickness, please be sure to bring motion sickness medicine. (Toilets along the way charge 1-2 yuan, please bring your own change, please be aware);
- There may be cultural and creative shops, souvenir shops, small shops, etc. in the scenic area, at the exit of the scenic area, and at rest stops along the way. Please choose voluntarily and purchase carefully. When purchasing goods, you should ask for purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep the invoices and certificates properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.
