It was extremely convenient! I used it while sightseeing until the train from Venice to Rome. It's expensive to stay in a hotel in Venice, so I was able to leave my luggage there and go sightseeing in Venice. This kind of service is very appreciated.

The address written in Klook was different from what was sent in the email. We would have not booked if that will be the case since we would be needing assistance going through a plight of stairs on the bridge with luggages weighing almost half of our body weight. We booked a luggage storage in Florence too but that time it was correct

The Stasher app which is linked to this activity has some bug on the date selection, do double-check the dates period before proceeding or else you may book wrongly for the luggage stored and there is no way to amend it once you get there. I had to re-book my storage request on the spot.

Although it stated that there were no size restrictions for checked baggage, I purchased this with the intention of checking a suitcase. However, the hotel only had a reservation for small luggage, and I had to pay an additional fee. I was shown the email sent to the hotel, and it indicated from the beginning that it was only for small luggage, so large suitcases, etc., are not possible. There was luggage storage available locally for around €5, so I don't think it's necessary to purchase this here.

Never choose Klook for luggage storage. Even if the merchant arrives, they'll tell the luggage storage place that they haven't received the order, and the QR code won't work. Also, the storage place is in a remote alley. They wanted me to pay again, so I went somewhere else to store my luggage. I contacted Klook, but they didn't handle it or issue a refund. The itineraries I've bought from Klook have been problematic several times. They are really an unreliable company.

I took my luggage to the designated location, but they said there was no reservation and refused to hold it. I managed to get them to hold my luggage by paying the local price on the spot, but I didn't receive a full refund for the amount I paid through the app.
