DMZ & Suspension Bridge Full-Day Guided Tour

We had a memorable, fun & educational experience booking the DMZ Tour in Klook. Our wonderful time in the DMZ was made even more interesting & hassle-free by our exceptional tour guide Bill Hwang who was very accommodating & hands-on every step of the way - from communicating with us clearly regarding our pick-up time & location 2 days before our tour, to ensuring we have well-timed restroom breaks in every stop. Bill was very understanding & very knowledgeable with his Korean history facts/trivia in-between stops & at the actual locations. He always ensures that everyone in his team (tour goup) was ok especially during the long, challenging walks going up the mountainside to the Gamakasan suspension bridge & going down inside the 3rd infiltration tunnel. My family and I had such a wonderful time in this tour made even more special & unforgettable by the best DMZ tour guide - Bill Hwang. Thank you very much, Bill! We had a great day being Team Bill (Hwang) on our tour of the DMZ. Bill was so knowledgeable about the history of the DMZ and Korea generally, sharing how this history affected him personally and how it continues to effect Korea today was extremely interesting and moving. We found ourselves arriving on a very busy day and had to move the schedule around, ending up at the Suspension Bridge instead of the War Memorial Museum but it was still lots of fun. Bill kept the group up to date on the situation and was highly professional. Once we got onto the bus for the DMZ we got a really nice balance of being guided and being given some time to explore alone. The DMZ in general, not just this tour, has quite a bit of uphill walking which is something to keep in mind. We ended the tour with K-Drama, Restaurant and Activity recommendations along with the photos he snapped over the day! I would 100% recommend this tour and if you get Bill as your guide it will be even better! 감사합니다

Bill Hwang was an excellent tour guide. Very passionate and thorough, answered my questions along the way, really nice person! The tour itself was great, I loved it, learned a lot and experienced a lot. Would absolutely recommend, it’s a stress free way of experiencing the DMZ. Would do again in the future.

Our guide, Bill Hwang, was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable about Korean history, and spoke fluent English. The tour itself was well organised, with ample time to explore each stop. All the places were very interesting and informative. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it.

Extremely well managed itinerary, especially including War Memorial of Korea. The Third Infiltration Tunnel is a very special experience for me, and the weapons placed in war memorial of Korea made me think about the scary of real war and ‘how important to keep our land be peaceful’. Our guide Jessy was just amazing; she is knowledgeable but funny, very responsible, and her storytelling made the tour unforgettable. Overall this tour was fairly enjoyable and it's definitely a must on your Korea bucket list!

We took this day trip during a long holiday. There were many people visiting the DMZ that day, and our guide, Bill Hwang, made excellent and appropriate arrangements, allowing for plenty of time to explore. Additionally, Bill carefully explained the characteristics of each attraction along the way, making it easy for us to understand the history of the war, and he even took photos for everyone, which was very thoughtful. Overall, I highly recommend this tour and am very grateful to our guide, Bill Hwang.

The tour was very fun and educational! Actually being in the 3rd infiltration tunnel and actually seeing North Korea was a surreal experience, made even better by our tour guide Bill Hwang. Bill explained everything to us, highlighting key landmarks in North Korea, telling us where we could buy goods like the soybean ice cream, and he even gave us free snacks and water! He was fun and made some good jokes along the way. Bill also knows all the good photo spots to take pictures for us. At the war memorial, he truly knew the subject matter, explaining the Korean war more in depth than my son's history textbook. It was a really memorable day thanks to Bill!

I'm absolutely thrilled! This tour is a must for anyone visiting Korea. We saw the memorial, explored the tunnel, and even got a glimpse of our Northern neighbor. A special thank you to our guide, Bill, for the interesting conversation and excellent photos!

Amazing DMZ Tour that was very informative of the history and tensions between the North and South. Our guide Ann was very friendly, knowledgable and funny. The tour was 9 hours long but went by quickly as there is so much to see and do. My friends and I enjoyed the small scale nature of the group as it was easy to get between places, hear the info being provided by Ann and get things done in a timely manner. Ann was very enthusiastic and was able to get us into each area quickly. Her passion and emotions were very evident throughout the trip. She stayed with us the whole tour yet also gave us free time. The tunnel exploration was amazing but can be challenging. Ann was very patient for those of us that couldn't keep up. We ended the trip at the War Memorial and Ann was so knowledgeable that she was able to give us the highlights of the museum and outline the major events of the Korean war, very emotional to see the effects of war. Overall would highly recommend this tour, please go with Ann as she is an amazing tour guide who is very invested and passionate in her work. She communicates well and made the meetup very easy with minimal stress. Ann took many photos of us so a tripod was not necessary. Thank you Ann, we had an amazing time!!!

I have no hesitation in recommending this tour as one of the best tour near Seoul. Tour guide Jae Seo was the perfect guide, she spoke very good English and was thoughtful and attentive to each guest. The tour is well organized to see the DMZ and War Memorial in one day at an affordable price. The War Memorial in particular is like a large museum and was very helpful in understanding the Korean War and its history after visiting the DMZ. If you take this tour, you won’t be regret.
