Reviews summaryThe Location of the office for Captain Cooks Dinner Cruise to claim actual ticket is just across king wraft 1 where the boat is located for the Dinner cruise. fast and easy to claim the ticket they will just ask you about the confirmation code issued by klook. There are assigned seats and table upon board and there are assigned servers to take the guest’s orders . Each guest are allowed to choose 1 starter 1 entree and 1 dessert . They also provide free bread roll and butter.. Drinks are availble but not included in the paid package so you have to pay upon order. The sail was smooth and it was a good weather . There is also a stop in circular quay where other guest boarded. We will definitely recommend trying dinner cruise at Captain cook . Good service . Great staff .
Amazing cruise experience, we went with my husband for his birthday, staff are very friendly and food are very quick to serve. We had a memorable birthday experience where each birthday celebrant was able to be greeted and sing along.
The voyage was a bit too short! Because of Vivid Sydney, there were more people! We were attending the sunset dinner, and it is recommended to arrive at the designated location before 16:30. I received a message to queue up at Pier 1 of King Street Wharf. The email reminder did not mention that you need to go to the side to exchange for a boarding pass. Otherwise, you cannot board the ship with only a voucher. The voyage is only an hour and a half, and half of it is at circular quay. It is recommended to take pictures at the stern after you sit on the boat, and the food will be served when the boat starts. It is recommended to finish eating as soon as possible so that you can go to the stern to take pictures again. The lights will be turned on at 1800 during Vivid Sydney, so you must take pictures on the way back from circular quay!
The sunset dinner cruise in Sydney Harbour is an experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Sydney. It's a magical journey that combines stunning views, delectable cuisine, and great service. Specifically as a tourist, the cruise offers a unique perspective of Sydney that will leave you in awe.
sunset cruise was highly professional. Voucher redemption location was easy. The boat is in good condition and the staff courteous. Food was a mixed bag but largely ok.
our waitress wasn’t very friendly, but luckily others came to serve us too. the view was stunning! very impressive memories we have created in this trip .
There is no guided tour, so only one star, but the singing accompaniment is very atmospheric. It seems that the seats bought from Klook are all "non" window seats, which is a pity that you can't take photos while eating, but remember to go to the deck to take photos after eating, the scenery is beautiful! Please note that you need to arrive 30 minutes in advance for the Sydney Harbour Sunset Dinner Cruise, but due to traffic problems, you only arrived 10 minutes in advance, which was very thrilling. The exchange office is next to the boat exit. It is recommended to exchange the ticket in advance for safety.
1. The scenery is excellent 2. The food is ok 3. I suggest eating quickly and going to the second floor to take pictures 4. The seat has been arranged by them
It felt a little expensive, but I really liked it. The food doesn't feel luxurious, but considering the cruise experience, it's not that bad. The course is said to be about 2 hours, but considering it stops at intermediate stops, it is actually about 1 hour and 20 minutes, but I am satisfied because I can see the beautiful sea of Sydney along with the sunset. I went with my mother and she loved it so much.
The experience was great but the time of arrival was inaccurate, we have to leave earlier than the said time, wish it was indicated at the instructions so that we could plan our meals and drinks better. Nonetheless, this activity is a must try with their top-tier dishes.
